The changing of slitting widths is easy with individual pneumatic male knife holders from Dienes. The rewind shafts are of cantilevered design and supported during winding by two swing out type load cell bearings. The bearings can only be opened when the finished rolls are supported by an axially movable roll strip-off handling carriage.

ZSR 4 SZV

A further convenient solution of unloading heavy and large diameter finished rolls is the axial shaft retraction system. The rolls remain on the tray of the unloading and finshed rool handling system while the rewind shafts are automatically retracted sideways through the machine side frame.

Duplex slitter rewinder for pharmaceutical products with crush cut slitting section. Semi-automatic knife holder positioning system with digital read out. The positioning system is also used for the precise core lock on the rewind shaft.

Multi-purpose duplex slitter rewinder.

The machine has two web pathes and can be used as a standard slitter or as a combined delaminating and slitting machine. Two edge guiding systems ensure best rewind results.

Duplex slitter rewinder for label stock with swing out type rewind shafts. An extractable support prevents each rewind shaft from possible deflection until the shaft is locked and joined to the roll take-up stand.

ZSR 4

Multi purpose slitter rewinder with shaftless unwind and overhead web path. The machine can be delivered optional for shear cut slitting, score cut slitting and razor blade slitting. For narrow width slitting system and frequent change of slitting system the machine can be equipped with slitting cassettes. The finished rolls are automatically moved by a roll stripper shield onto the roll take up tree which is firmly joined to the rewind shafts. Tha heavy duty slitters of the ZSR 4 series can be used for 600, 800, and 1.000 mm rewind diameters.
